  3.      {WILLIAM KEIPER JOINS ARTISOFT

  5.      (TUCSON, Ariz. -- January 25, 1993) -- Artisoft, Inc., announced today
  6.      that William C. Keiper, President and Chief Operating Officer of
  7.      MicroAge, Inc., has joined Artisoft as its President and Chief
  8.      Operating Officer. Keiper will also serve as a member of Artisoft's
  9.      Board of Directors.

  11.      Keiper served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MicroAge
  12.      from 1988 until today. During his tenure with MicroAge, the company
  13.      grew from $140 million to over $1 billion in annual revenues, and from
  14.      150 to 1,500 locations worldwide. From 1986 to1988, Keiper acted as
  15.      Group Vice President of MicroAge's Franchising Division. He resigned
  16.      from MicroAge effective January 25, 1993 to assume his role as
  17.      Artisoft's President and Chief Operating Officer.
